Living Room Conversion

Princeton Engineering Services (PES) is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and construction administration services for a living room conversion.

Located on the 1st floor, the overall square footage will include the existing storage closets and millwork areas for a total of 598 sq. ft. in room 136. New furniture, millwork and cabinets shall be provided to simulate the layout of an apartment. New kitchen appliances to include refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. New washer and dryer machines will also be included along with new wood doors. The new space will also include 3 computers, smartboard with computer and printer. The scope also includes providing new lighting fixtures, new whiteboards and tack boards along with new VCT or floating laminated flooring.

To complete the conversion, PES is adding domestic cold and hot water plumbing lines and kitchen and lavatory sinks in the existing classroom. The new equipment will be connected to the existing 4-inch drain in the basement.
