New HVAC, electrical system, digital fire alarm system

Princeton Engineering Services providing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire protection Engineering and Design Services for Cedar Grove’s Community Center. This project’s scope of work generally consisted of new HVAC with split or packaged units with electric cooling and gas heat. New electrical system included electric service including power and distribution. New service was sized to support power requirements of full service kitchen including walk-in freezer and concessions. Fire Alarm system included new fire digital fire alarm system per NFPA 72. Plumbing involved domestic cold and hot water system including new hot water heater with to service domestic and kitchen hot and cold water requirements. As well as a full service kitchen with make-up air hood & Ansul fire suppression system.
