Telecommunications, Lighting & Office Upgrade and additional MPE Engineering and Design in Studios
PES provided fire protection, HVAC, Electrical and 5th floor design changes. Fire protection services involved evaluation and modification of existing sprinkler distribution limited to Studio A & D as required. HVAC Services provided evaluation of existing HVAC ductwork distribution in areas within scope of work and re-design to satisfy code required ventilation requirements.
Electrical design included further investigation of existing lighting system and replacement/relocation/re-circuiting to satisfy space needs. The 5th floor design included setting up of additional 2 printer stations, modifications to 5 offices and 13 working stations. It also provided lighting, receptacles, ductwork and sprinkler layout to accommodate the changes.
