Mold Remediation and HVAC Upgrades

Princeton Engineering Services provided Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Engineering Design Services at Overbrook Educational Center for the School District of Philadelphia. The project was completed in two phases. Phase 1 consisted of an assessment and report of mold growth resulting from various deficiencies in the building construction. Phase 2 consisted of HVAC Upgrades to correct the deficiencies and upgrade the building Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems. The scope of work generally consisted of new rooftop makeup air unit, Classroom Unit Ventilators and Air Handling Units, hot and chilled water distribution piping, and new pipe insulation for all existing and new hot water, chilled water and domestic water piping.
