Mechanical Plant Replacement

Princeton Engineering Services provided Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Engineering Design Services for the Stetson Middle School for the School District of Philadelphia. The project consisted of replacing the existing (3) hot water heating boilers and associated equipment with (3) new high efficiency 250BHP hot water boilers, 7.5HP hot water heating pumps, chemical and water treatment, underground fuel-oil storage tank, fuel-oil transfer pumps, sewage ejector pumps, and new Automatic Temperature Controls. The electrical design consists of lighting and power for new mechanical equipment.
