Major Renovations and New Addition
This project scope consisted of major renovations to the existing 31,500 square foot building and construction of a new 18,500 square foot addition. The addition included a full service kitchen, cafeteria, gymnasium and administrative offices.
PES scope of work included a new Fire Suppression System to serve the entire building and the new addition. The design also included a new Emergency Back-up Generator for Life Safety Equipment and kitchen equipment.
PES also provided a comprehensive Energy Audit to optimize energy performance and reduce energy usage for the facility.
